Weekly Influenza of U.S Economic

Our current prediction about U.S economic outlook is that risk-off sentiment returned into market this week and investors wait for the opportunity for out safe-have assets with the hope for global growth. U.S major markets i.e. S&P 500, Dow Jones all Equity markets move downward and may be further move lower next week. Yields and U.S treasuries is also slightly lower.

This week is a fairly light week due to Fed speeches with FOMC minutes of March meeting, but Fed’s cautious approach to normalize the monetary policy  to stable the global economy as secret discussion in G20 meeting (Janet Yellen agreed), and also for emerging markets, because bad impact of higher interest rate on emerging markets.

We are observing that the next week policy maker further focus on global economic environment, with China’s macroeconomics data and also IMF’s further update global economic forecasts.
